Call 020 8255 9623 or email email@example.com with the number of items and general type of images you need. Check our Prices. If you have an urgent job we will do our best to accommodate it. However, the more notice we have, the better.
2. Get the products to us
Please send a courier or personally deliver your products to us. See the Visit Us page for our address and directions.
3. Discuss styling
You need to give us a clear brief before we start shooting, especially if you have a house style. See our Styling pages for ideas.
4. We do the shoot
We undertake the photo shoot in the studio with an array of props to achieve the desired angles, lighting and viewpoints.
We may need to liaise with you about the details, so please make sure we can contact you easily during the shoot.
5. Post-production – Photoshop stage
We do the cutting out in Photoshop and all the other forms of post-production. Every single image needs some form of post-production, and this stage often takes longer than the shoot itself!
6. Supply of images
You preview and approve the images via email. We send you a download link to the full-size images. These will be 300dpi JPEGs, suitable for both print and digital uses.
7. Return of products
We repackage your items after the shoot ready for you to collect ASAP. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a courier at cost price plus a small handling fee. Sometimes, a client doesn’t need the items back, in which case please be clear if you would like us to dispose of the items afterwards. We do not have much storage space, and we always assume disposal of perishable food items – that means we may eat any food that hasn’t spoiled after a shoot.
Within a few days of supplying the images, we will issue an invoice with a link to pay online by debit or credit card, or by BACS. We expect prompt payment within a few days of issuing the invoice. We do not offer credit terms without prior agreement. Please note that a delay in payment would affect future terms.
